Off-the-shelf couldn't run their business. So I built the system that could.

For years they ran on paper and manual admin — even with a warehouse system already in place. Those workarounds quietly capped how fast they could grow. And their processes carry real complexity: their overtime-charging logic alone has more rules than any template ERP can absorb, so off-the-shelf never fit. I built them a custom system shaped around how they actually work — I didn't strip out the processes they've refined for years, I studied them, improved them, and automated them. What started as one billing fix is now the platform the whole back office runs on.

Audit & spec

I interview the team and map the workflow as it really runs. Every build decision gets written down — with the why — before any code exists.

02 · plan

Break it down

The spec becomes a dependency-ordered plan: each task names its exact files, interfaces, and acceptance criteria. No agent ever guesses what "done" means.

03 · orchestrate

Direct the agents

One AI implementer per task, each in its own isolated copy of the codebase — so agents build in parallel without stepping on each other. I orchestrate; I don't babysit.

Independent review

A separate reviewer agent audits every change — spec compliance, security, money math — and re-runs the tests itself instead of trusting the builder's word.
